Intensive Pilates/Yoga Weeks

Pilates and Yoga are both a mind, body and spirit method of exercise.

Classes consist of a series of unique exercises done lying, seated, kneeling and standing. Using breathing and movement, all exercises can  strengthen the core of the body.

They can bring flexibility, co-ordination, strength and balance in the body, as well as improving posture and movement.

Pilates and Yoga are great on their own and compliment other forms of exercise and rehabilitation therapies.

Doing pilates and yoga on a regular basis can help you feel more centered, balanced, calm and connected, as you not only work with your muscle groups within the body, you work with your breath and body systems too.

I teach in groups of 5/6 or individually.
